Do I have to be 18 to attend VCCJam?

  • Yes, this festival is for people 18 years of age and older. (NO exceptions.)
  • No one under the age of 18 will be allowed at the festival, in the campgrounds, concert area or anywhere on the property.
  • To be in the VIP area, seating or lounge, you must be 21+.
  • Any person under the age of 18 will be required to leave (and may be subject to trespassing).
  • Alcohol consumption is prohibited for anybody under the age of 21 at Vicki’s Camp N Country Jam.  THERE IS A NO TOLERANCE RULE FOR UNDER AGE DRINKING. If you are under age and found to be drinking, you will be removed immediately from the festival property.  You will NOT be let back into the festival property until 1:00 pm on Sunday, June 30th, to pick up your vehicle, camper or personal possessions. 

What can I bring into the concert area?

  • Attendees are encouraged to bring only the necessary items in to the concert area in a clear bag to limit contact with personal items at the security entry point. 
  • Please note all bags are subject to inspection at the gate before being allowed into concert area.

ALLOWED IN CONCERT AREA

  • Up to one clear bag per person not exceeding 12″ x 6″ x 12″ or standard one gallon size plastic bag or one small clutch bag or purse (with or without a handle or strap) no larger than 4.5″ x 6.5.”
  • Medical-necessary equipment bags after proper inspection at the gate. (The only items allowed in such bags are medical-necessary items.)
  • Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: backpacks, lawn chair bags, coolers, large purses (purses larger than a clutch), luggage of any kind, computer or camera bags, or any bag larger than the permissible size.
  • Bags found to be in violation of this policy will not be allowed into the concert area and must be returned to campsites, vehicles, or otherwise disposed of. Vicki’s Camp N Country Jam and its security team will not accept responsibility or liability for any bags or prohibited items not allowed in the concert area.

Can we come early or drop off our camper early?

  • Yes!  
  • You may drop your camper off starting July 6th. (There will be no camping on drop off dates.) Contact VCCJam prior to dropping off at [email protected] 
  • Campground admission will be open from 9:00 AM until 9:00 PM on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.  Concert area opens at noon each day.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

  • You can bring your own food and drinks to be kept in the campground area only.
  • Sorry, NO outside food or beverages are allowed in the concert area.
  • You will be asked to dump out any beverage you have in your cup/mug that you bring to the concert area prior to entering and exiting.
  • There are food vendors and a beer garden in the concert area.

What are the health and safety guidelines?

  • The health and safety of our guests, volunteers, vendors, partners and performers is our top priority. Heightened sanitation, health, and safety protocols will be in place. 
  • These health and safety protocols will be modified based on evolving standards, public health and governmental directives.
  • Everyone is required to comply with all health and safety protocols listed.
  • Let’s keep each other healthy and safe!

* The nearest hotel to stay in is Redwood Lodge (507-644-5700) which is about 8 miles from VCCJam.  

* We will shuttle to/from Redwood Lodge and Vicki’s Camp N Country Jam. 

* In the event that we fill our day parking area, or we have extreme muddy conditions, we will shuttle from TBD locations as well.  (Note:  Parking is free this year at the festival, so arrive early to get a parking spot if you don’t want to shuttle or pay the shuttle fee.)

Gates to the concert area open:  Thursday 3:00 PM – Midnight,  Friday & Saturday Noon – Midnight

Box Office is open at 9:00 AM and closes at 10:00 PM the days of the festival:  Thursday, June 27, Friday, June 28 and Saturday, June 29th.

After 10:00 PM, no one is allowed into the festival grounds (unless approved designated driver).

Do I need my ID?

  • Yes. Security will be present in the camping area and concert area. Please carry your ID on you at all times. Please be kind when asked to see it. 
  • No one under the age of 18 will be allowed at the festival, in the campgrounds, concert area or anywhere on the property. 
  • No one under the age of 21 will be allowed to consume alcoholic beverages.

Can I bring weapons, pets, drones, ATVs, golf carts or bicycles?

  • Sorry, NO WEAPONS of any kind are allowed in festival or campground areas. Vehicles, campers and people are subject to search.
  • Sorry, NO PETS allowed, as much as we all love our furry babies.
  • Sorry, NO DRONES are allowed.
  • Sorry, NO ATVs, GOLF CARTS, BICYCLES are allowed (except for staff/security).
  • Sorry, we do not allow umbrellas.  Ponchos or rain jackets are our best protection with mother nature’s rains.

Can we bring lawn chairs in the concert area?

  • Yes, if you want to sit to watch the concert in the GA (General Admission) area, please bring your lawn chair (no chair bags allowed).  There will be seats provided if you purchase a VIP ticket. 

In order to further enhance fan/attendees safety and comfort, everyone entering the festival will be subject to hand searches.

You and your belongings may be searched upon entry into the festival. By tendering the Vicki’s Camp N Country Jam ticket and entering the festival, you consent to such searches and waive any related claims that you might have against Vicki’s Camp N Country Jam, LLC. If you elect not to consent to the searches, you will be denied entry into the festival.

Fans/attendees are encouraged to arrive early at festival gates to help facilitate this additional security measure. All fans/attendees entering the festival will be subject to and should expect to be patted down by security personnel before going through festival gates.

Can I get a refund or an exchange?

  • Due to the nature of this event there are NO refunds or exchanges on any ticket type.
  • RAIN OR SHINE
    * In the event of inclement weather, the show will be interrupted and will resume as soon as weather permits. Tickets are sold on a “rain or shine” basis, and no refunds will be given for delays or cancellations due to bad weather.
  • Artists are subject to change or cancel for any reason at any time, again with no refunds.

What other rules and policies does VCCJam have?

Other Vicki’s Camp n Country Rules and Policies

  • No soliciting your product of any kind in the campgrounds, parking lot or concert area. Only official VCCJam sponsors, vendors and affiliates are allowed to solicit products.  
  • All patrons assume complete risk and responsibility for any theft, injury, damage to personal property or person. VCCJam will assume NO liability or responsibility.
  • No liability is assumed by VCCJam, owners, sponsors, volunteers, promoters or anyone else associated with the festival.
  • VCCJam and management does reserve the right to remove anyone or group at any time at its own discretion. There are no refunds due to a person or group being removed.
  • VCCJam does reserve the right to make any changes at any time as it deems fit to make the festival a great experience.
  • No professional camera or video equipment allowed in any area (point and shoot cameras and cell phones are approved)
  • No keg beer or large amounts of alcohol in any VCCJam area.
  • No glass bottles or containers of any kind allowed on the property, campground and concert area.
  • No weapons of any kind permitted.
  • Please be respectful of the land surrounding the festival, as the farmers land is private.  NO TRESPASSING on their property.
  • Persons violating policies will be ejected and may be subject to prosecution.
  • You must purchase a concert ticket, in order to be in the campground.
  • VIP – if caught giving a GA attendee alcohol or food from the VIP lounge/tent, VCCJam has the right to disqualify the VIP attendee and take the VIP credentials for the entire weekend.

Are there showers in the campgrounds?

  • Yes, there will be a minimum of one shower.
  • Shower is available from 7:00-4:00, must call # TBD to arrange time.
  • You will need to bring your own toiletries, towels and flip flops.
  • There is a cost of $20 per shower – cash only.

Can I smoke at the festival?

  • You can smoke in the campgrounds, parking lot or in the “Designated Smoking Area” only inside the concert area/bowl.
  • NO SMOKING in the VIP area, in the GA area, in the Saloon.  There is a designated smoking area to smoke in the concert area/bowl, near the portapotties.
  • NO SMOKING MARIJUANA in the entire concert bowl/area.

Are the tickets digital?

  • Yes.  All digital tickets are “Print at Home” (no tickets will be mailed).
  • Scannable PDF or mobile device tickets must be presented once you arrive at VCCJam in order to receive your credentials (wristband and lanyard) for admission.
  • Please show the barcode of the PDF for scanning of each ticket ordered.
  • To expedite the ticket redemption process, save each PDF to the photos app for quick access.
  • You must purchase a concert ticket, in order to be in the campground.

Sorry, we do not allow umbrellas.  Ponchos or rain jackets are our best protection with mother nature’s rains.

Who loves FOOD and BEER/BEVERAGES?  Who loves to SHOP?  At Vicki’s Camp N Country Jam festival, we have it all! 

Once you enter into our concert area, you will recognize there are many festival food and beverage options to choose from: classic hamburgers, brats, tacos, pizza, cheese curds, corn dogs, yummy desserts and much more…to a variety of beverages to quench everyone’s thirst! (Food menus subject to change at vendors discretion.)

Shopping at the festival is part of the great experience! There are many merchandise vendors offering a large variety of items to purchase for yourself or gifts for your family and friends! (Merchandise vendors subject to change.)

Also, Vicki’s Camp N Country Jam has plenty of festival merchandise: t-shirts, sweatshirts, caps, 32 oz mugs, blanket/throws and more.

What are the wristbands and lanyards for?

  • Once you arrive at Vicki’s Camp n Country Jam, you will be handed your credentials – wristband and/or laminate/lanyard – after showing the barcode of your ticket (either from your “print at home” pdf or your mobile device), and your ID.
  • There are wristbands for 21+ and there are wristbands for 18-20 year old attendees. Your wristband is for the security to be at the festival. No one under 18 is allowed at Vicki’s Camp N Country Jam.
  • Your laminate/lanyard is your pass to get you into the concert area, and it will have your row/seat number on it.  If you lose your laminate/lanyard, there is a $25 replacement fee.

Vicki’s Camp N Country Jam’s VIP seating chart and campground maps are shown below.  If you want to reserve a VIP seat or a campsite next to a friend, please call 612-799-9955.  Otherwise, you can purchase online and the next available seat or campsite will be assigned for you.

* NEW for 2025: VIP STANDING AREA

This new VIP standing area (rows L-Z on the right side only) is for those that want to stand a bit closer to the stage if purchased reserved seats in rows M-Z from the left side. Maybe you are in a closer row (A-L), but your friends are in a further row back, you can all get together in this VIP standing area to stand/dance. There will not be any seats in this area. Note: You must purchase a VIP reserved seat to be in this area (unless you have a Super Star ticket). 

Also, the front three rows on the right side are reserved for the Ogema group only.
