We’re excited to invite passionate food and merchandise vendors to be part of our one-of-a-kind outdoor country music festival. Held in a scenic, fun-filled setting, our event draws enthusiastic crowds ready to enjoy great music, delicious eats, and unique shopping experiences. Whether you serve mouthwatering meals, creative snacks, or handcrafted goods, we’d love for you to join us in creating a memorable weekend for festivalgoers. Schedule/Times (Festival opens at noon & closes at midnight Thursday—Saturday)

Check-In & Set-up: Our Vendor Manager will contact you prior to the festival to set up times on Wednesday, to coordinate load in times. Vendors MUST remain open during ALL required hours.

  • Wednesday, July 8:  Set up times TBD (We may have a pre-party from 7pm—midnight. It will be your option to be open)
  • Thursday, July 9:  11:30 AM—10:00 PM (you may stay open until the last band is done at midnight, if you desire)
  • Friday, July 10: 11:30 AM—10:00 PM (you may stay open until the last band is done at midnight, if you desire)
  • Saturday, July 11:  11:30 AM—10:00 PM (you may stay open until the last band is done at midnight, if you desire)
  • Sunday, July 12:  Tear down 7:00 AM—1:00 PM
  • Vendors are subject to a $400 charge if vendor does not staff their booth or tears down early.

NOTE:

  • Limitation of liability: Vendor shall be responsible for occupying its booth at all times during the Festival. All property belonging to Vendor or any of its employees or agents shall be at Vendor’s own risk and VCCJam shall not be liable for any theft, loss, or damages to any of Vendor’s products, samples, cash, displays or any other property of Vendor or any property of Vendor’s employees or agents. Vendor agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless VCCJam against any and all claims, demands, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising from the conduct of Vendor or any of its employees or agents and from any of its products or services being desplayed, offered, sold or demonstrated by Vendor at the Festival.

APPLICATION CHECKLIST

(This entire checklist must be 100% completed, before you submit your application)

__Application Form:

  • Submit this entire completed application form, with ALL of the required attachments.
    • Due February 15, 2026: EVERY required item on this application must all be answered before submitting.
    • Late Fee: If an application or required documents are received after February 15, you will be charged an additional $100 (unless otherwise approved).

If you choose YES, the $50 Camp Access Wristband (CAW) cost must be included in your payment & application.

  • Campsites are free. However, there is a $50/person Camp Access Wristband (CAW) charge.
Camping:

___COI — Certificate of Liability Insurance:

  • All vendors are required to maintain liability insurance in the amount of at least $1,000,000 per incident naming Vicki’s Camp N Country Jam, 29446 370th St., Redwood Falls, MN 56283 as additional insured.
  • The name of the insured on the certificate of insurance must match the company name listed on the application. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • If vendor does not have its own liability insurance, you may choose to purchase coverage from VCCJam for an additional $80.00 which would be a separate TULIP policy and would only give you coverage for the festival days and would then satisfy the insurance requirements for this contract. Vendor would need to supply information for the policy to VCCJam and pay the $80 upon signing of this application. This policy does not cover athletic participants, mechanical amusement rides, sexual abuse and molestation or communicable diseases. Anything not covered under this policy shall be at vendor’s own risk. VCCJam is not liable.

___Electricity (check your option below)

Electrical Notes:

  • 220V/50A:
    • Note: availability of 50A circuits will be on a first reserved basis as the service is limited
    • For the 50A service the distribution panel has a NEMA 14-50R receptacle. VCCJam does not provide adapters
    • The electrical outlet may be up to 150′ from your booth. Vendors are required to provide the proper rated cords to reach the provided electricity. See the Minnesota State Electrical Code Requirements for specifics: http://www.dli.mn.gov/sites/default/files/pdf/eli-portable-power-code.pdf
    • Provide a photo of your electrical plugin. This is required to get you the correct electrical outlet.
  • Onsite generators are allowed, but must be QUIET generators, invertor generators only (60dB or less)
Electricity Options

___Fire Safety:

In compliance with our Minnesota State Fire Code, we require the following items:

  • If your booth is contained within a tent structure, that structure must have proof being flame resistant.
  • If you use LP gas, the tank must be securely fastened in place to prevent unauthorized movement.
  • All fire extinguishers must be properly certified, including K-Class for cooking vendors and current tags on all others.
  • Redwood Falls Fire Department, or appropriate authority, will inspect all vendors prior to operation.
  • VCCJam is not responsible for lost time or income if booths are not allowed to open until codes are met.
  • For vendors cooking under tents, if tents do not show adequate proof of fire retardant as determined by the Redwood Falls Fire Department or appropriate authority, the booths will not be allowed to open. For more information on local fire regulations, please contact:

___Food Coupon Participation: (Food Vendors only)

  • A couple of sponsors may provide “$2 Off Coupons” for all attendees on Saturday night in honor of the Farmer’s and Trucker’s Appreciation Day.
  • When someone turns in that coupon to you, you give them $2 off their items.
  • Keep those coupons and turn them into VCCJam office on Sunday to get reimbursed for all the coupons.

___Menu and Pricing Structure (Food Vendors only)

  • Please list all items and prices to be sold or include your menu.
  • No beverages are allowed to be sold. VCCJam will be selling pop/water.
  • Prices are not allowed to be changed during the festival.
  • Only those items pre-approved by VCCJam may be sold. Final decisions on all menu items will be made by VCCJam.

___MN Dept of Health Special Event License, Redwood County Inspections & Food Notes:

  • Food vendors are responsible for receiving and complying with all required food permits.
  • All food vendors must be licensed to sell food products and provide a copy of one of the following licenses with their application:
    • State of Minnesota Department of Agriculture License
    • State of Minnesota Mobile Food License
  • Any and all inspections required by Redwood County for food, meat or produce for sale must be in compliance.
  • Any vendor displaying “organically grown” signs must have a certificate in their possession at the time of sale.
  • Vendors may not sell food items in glass.
  • All licenses must be current and supplied with this application.
  • SW Health and Human Services will inspect on Thursday. Please have your permits readily available.

  • All vendors selling items must have a Minnesota sales tax identification number. A copy of the ST19 must be current and submitted with the application.
  • Vendors are responsible for charging and paying sales tax as required by law.
  • Please check the MN Secretary of State’s website at www.taxes.state.mn.us for current tax information for Redwood Falls area.

___Space Cost, Parking & Replenish Info:

SPACE PRICING (make selection at the bottom of this section)

  • Regular space (10′ x 10′): FOOD – $400 with own generator; MERCH – $250 (see “Electricity Options” section above if needed)
    • Three workers are allowed in this space
  • Medium space (20′ x 10′): FOOD – $600 with own generator; MERCH – $350 (see “Electricity Options” section above if needed)
    • Five workers are allowed in this space
  • Large space (40′ x 10′): FOOD – $900 with own generator; MERCH – $600 (see “Electricity Options” section above if needed)
    • Seven workers are allowed in this space
  • Exclusive space (40′ x 10′): FOOD – $1300 with own generator (see “Electricity Options” section above if needed)
    • This space is closet to the concert area and first come first serve basis
    • Seven workers are allowed in this space

FREE REGULAR SPACE & FREE ADVERTISING PROGRAM: (Food Vendors only) FREE with own generator

  • If interested in supplying our volunteers/staff/security with free meals for the weekend, your exclusive space will be waived…yes, free.
  • Included in this program:
    • You supply:
      • Volunteer/staff/security Meals (approximately 50-75 people per meal)
        • Meal examples could be: Thursday: hamburger, Friday: wrap or Saturday: pork kabob (all with bag of chips + cookie, that we will supply)
        • Meal must be approved by VCCJam
  • Only 3 vendors will be allowed to do this program. Please contact Vicki if interested and for approval.
    • We supply free advertising for this program
      • Advertising: We will advertise for you prior to our festival on social media and website

NOTES for Space, Parking & Replenish:

  • Vendors must fit into the space allocated to them. No part of the booth shall impede attendee traffic flow. You may extend signs, tables, etc… 5’ in front of your allocated space. This extension is subject to review by VCCJam, who will make the final determination. We may ask you to remove any part of your booth or extensions that exceeds the allocated space.
  • Vendors must supply their own tent and/or awning with weights, table(s), chair(s), banner(s), and other supplies. VCCJam only supplies physical space, as per this agreement. Spaces may be marked. VCCJam reserves the right to make last minute changes without notifying the vendor. Any changes will be communicated as soon as possible and may occur during set-up day, Wednesday.
  • All tents must provide and use weights and/or stakes. Be certain that the weights/stakes are sufficient to sustain strong winds that sometimes occur during outdoor events. Vendors are responsible for properly securing their tents.
  • Each vendor is responsible for providing, assembling and disassembling his or her own booth and bringing in and removing products.
  • The vendors’ name, and address must be displayed in the booth at all times.
  • All vendors are required to clean their area at the end of the festival. This includes sweeping and garbage collection as necessary. Vendors MUST remove all cooking oils or other liquid materials from premises. If all garbage and oils are not removed from vendor space, vendor risks garbage and waste removal charge of $100.
  • No waste water or products can be disposed of on the grass or in the fields.
  • No vehicles can access the secured area until after the barriers are removed. Vendor area(s) will be managed by VCCJam.
  • We will have overnight security (roaming the festival area). However, we do not recommend leaving any money, high value product, etc… in your booth. VCCJam is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged equipment/goods.
  • While the festival is open there will be no vehicle access into the festival area. It is a physically secured area.
  • Vendors are allowed to replenish product from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM Thursday – Saturday. Access is limited to a 2-wheeled dolly or wagon. VCCJam will provide a limited area for you to temporarily park a vehicle nearby to replenish product during this time. These vehicles MUST be removed immediately upon product replenishment to allow access by other vendors during this replenishment time.
  • At this time, vendor parking will be provided at no charge for vehicles/trailers. Parking area TBD.
  • Space is limited, so register early to secure your spot!
Vendor Space Options

___VIP Meal Program: (Food Vendors only) Check whether or not to participate below.

The VIP Meal Program includes the following:

  • Each VIP attendee is given (2) VIP Food/Meal Tickets when they enter the festival. VIP attendees can redeem their VIP Food/Meal Tickets at any one of the (3) food vendors that are participating in this program. (New for 2025: There will be only (3) food vendors will be given this opportunity for higher revenue.)
  • These (3) participating vendors will have a sign on the outside of their trailer/truck/booth for the VIPers to know who to get their VIP meals from.
  • The VIP meals are important to the attendees and they spread the word fast at the festival whether they like the meal or not…so each of these (3) food vendors need to make sure their VIP meal is of great quality/quantity.
  • This VIP meal must be approved by VCCJam.
  • Each of the (3) food vendors will provide a VIP meal that is approximately $15 retail (high perceived value).
  • For the (3) participating VIP vendors, all of the VIP meal tickets will be turned in on Sunday at the VCCJam office for redemption at $8 per ticket.
  • VCCJam will review your VIP meal menu for approval.
VIP Meal Program

Submission of this application assumes acceptance of all conditions listed herein. Neither VCCJam, nor its representatives shall be held responsible for any damage or loss incurred from any cause, including inclement weather.

  • I understand that if I or any representative of my group do not meet and abide by the regulations, I will be asked to stop operations and will not be eligible for a refund. No refunds will be made for any reason after I have been accepted for participation.

  • I understand that other vendors may offer products, services, or information like those available in my booth/space.

  • I understand that it is my responsibility to properly notify the people working in my booth of these requirements, notes, and reminders.

  • I understand that charging my card by VCCJam implies acceptance into the festival. Application requirements may be changed without prior notice, VCCJam will notify of any changes.

  • I understand that all of my workers/employees/volunteers must be 18+.

  • I understand that there are no water hook-ups onsite.

  • I understand there are no refunds due to weather.

  • I understand that if I am unable to attend, I must call or email VCCJam as soon as possible. Subject to $100 additional fee if no notification of cancellation. Non-compliance may result in exclusion from future events. Fees will not be refunded.

  • I understand that VCCJam reserves the right to reject applications.

  • I accept the rules and requirements of the 2026 Vicki’s Camp N Country Jam festival and agree to abide by them.
