Welcome, Vic’s Old Time Photo Volunteers!

  • Step back in time: Help attendees create lasting memories at our brand-new Old Time Photo studio.
  • Role-play and engage: Greet and interact with attendees, putting them at ease as they get into character for their photo session.
  • Costume and prop assistant: Help attendees choose and wear authentic old-time clothing and accessories.
  • Create lifelong memories: Guide attendees through different poses and scenes to help them capture a unique and special keepsake.
  • Bring the energy: Infuse the studio with a fun, theatrical spirit to ensure every attendee has an unforgettable experience.
  • No photography experience is necessary:  Just a positive attitude and a flair for fun!
  • Please act professionally: We expect all volunteers to behave professionally and responsibly.
  • Enjoy the vibe: We want you to enjoy this unique experience! Your shift area is within the concert zone, so you’ll have a great view of the action.

Below are the areas we have open for volunteering and the times. Please check the shift times and day that will work best for you. Times are approximate and not guaranteed. To earn tickets for the festival, you must work one 6.5 hour shift to earn a 1-Day ticket. You can check multiple shifts. Our volunteer coordinator will contact you after you fill out the application. Final schedules will be emailed or text out prior to the festival.
