Welcoming guests, checking wristbands, and keeping festival entry smooth and safe.

Welcome, Gate Crew Volunteers!

  • Offer friendly service: You’ll be on the front lines, warmly greeting festival-goers, and checking wristbands and bag checks. 
  • Bag checks: Perform routine bag inspections and answer attendee’s questions to ensure a smooth and friendly entry process.
  • Policy Communication: Educate guests on all festival rules, specifically policies regarding outside food and beverages and the movement of items into and out of the concert area.
  • Crowd Flow Management: Direct attendees to and from designated entry and exit points to ensure smooth and efficient crowd movement.
  • Attendee Information & Guidance: Proactively assist festival-goers by providing clear instructions on safety measures and emergency procedures.
  • Provide information: As a first point of contact, you will answer questions about festival inquires.
  • Please act professionally: We expect all volunteers to behave professionally and responsibly.

Below are the areas we have open for volunteering and the times. Please check the shift times and day that will work best for you. Times are approximate and not guaranteed. To earn tickets for the festival, you must work one 6.5 hour shift to earn a 1-Day ticket. You can check multiple shifts. Our volunteer coordinator will contact you after you fill out the application. Final schedules will be emailed or text out prior to the festival.
