Welcome, Festival Crew Volunteers!

  • “Happy-to-help” attitude:  Be a superhero for our staff! We are looking for energetic, team-oriented individuals who love variety and aren’t afraid of a little hard work. If you thrive on jumping in to fill the gaps and keep things running smoothly, this is the role for you.
  • Your duties will include:
    • Assisting in various departments with a diverse range of tasks.
    • Providing hands-on support for staff, including physically demanding jobs like lifting and moving.
    • Stepping up to cover critical positions in the event of a volunteer no-show.
    • Acting as a flexible resource who can be called upon for any job during your shift.
  • Please act professionally: We expect all volunteers to behave professionally and responsibly.

Below are the areas we have open for volunteering and the times. Please check the shift times and day that will work best for you. Times are approximate and not guaranteed. To earn tickets for the festival, you must work one 6.5 hour shift to earn a 1-Day ticket. You can check multiple shifts. Our volunteer coordinator will contact you after you fill out the application. Final schedules will be emailed or text out prior to the festival.
